How much does a session cost?

My standard rate is £40 per hour. 
I offer limited concessions of £35 per hour for those on benefits, pension credits and students. Please be in touch to find out more.

Do I have to commit to several sessions?

You're in charge. After our free, first chat, if you'd like to work with me then I encourage a 6 week period to start with, however if it's not working for you that's absolutely fine.

What if I need to cancel a session?

You need to let me know at least 24 hours in advance otherwise I will ask for the session payment in full.

Do you offer therapy online?

Yes I can offer online sessions and I am happy to work on the phone too.
